The American Association of Justice recently released it's list of the worst insurance companies, and Allstate got the dubious distinction of being at number one.
The AAJ based the rankings on whether or not the insurance company in question follows the "Deny, Delay and Defend" tactic of denying claims, delaying any hearings or decisions, and defending every court case regardless of how much of an obvious loser it is.
